    Emergency Managers reported Pine Street in Walsenburg is impassible
    due to flash flooding. Highway 160 also has flooding.

    heavy rain over the Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar as ended. Between 1
    and 1.5 inches of rain has fallen. Flooding impacts will continue,
    but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or
    expected. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris
    flow moving through the North Saint Charles, South Creek, Squirrel
    Creek, Middle Creek, and North Creek Drainages. The debris flow can
    consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

    HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
    flash flooding in and around the Middle Aspen Acres Burn
    Scar.

    IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the
