One approach is to educate the population about the available measures and the general risk, and on top of that educate each individual on their specific risk profile*.Then let folk decide what risk they are going to take for themselves and those close to them.
*At least one study is showing that a specific gene formation is significantly associated with more severe Covid outcomes.
