Ok question. Could you make a parameterized #ContentHash or hash tree that is purposefully easy to brute force collisions for by giving additional information about the underlying file like its size and what format it's in? So it would be hard to engineer a malicious solution, but eg. you could just generate copyrighted work from a legal to distribute hash tree?
