After avoiding them the entire release cycle, I may have possibly caved yesterday and bought a Studio Series Mixmaster when I encountered him in the wild.
I had been avoiding them because I have the Combiner Wars Devastator already, and I do not *need* another big-ass Devastator taking up room I do not have...
But Mixmaster and Scrapper are sort of my weak spots, I had both of them as a kid (I think I finally got a full Devastator in the early 2000s). I'm trying to be more picky about the Transformers I buy, so one of the things I've been focusing on is recreating my original childhood toy selection line in the modern, high quality form factor.
Of course, now that I have ONE of them, I'm looking down the barrel of trying to retroactively get the other 5 to complete the set. Because reasons.

That last pic was HARROWING to set up! I didn't think it would balance, but it did and I was having heart attacks every time I bumped something to get the shot. Worth it!

I don't have a proper Devastator, but I got one cobbled together from G1 and G2 Constructicons and knock-off parts from dollar store toys!
