  9. @marcohayek Thanks for this! I saw #conceptsapp before, but I gave it a shot after reading your post, and discovered that it is actually latency-less on my android tablet, which makes the drawing experience really great compared to every other app I tried. Still be keeping #Krita for painting though, I really like how that handles.

  10. #MuseApp (museapp.com) strikes a good balance between structured and freeform visual thinking. Boards, freehand/typed text, PDF annotation/excerpts and card connections/links. Lots of attention to detail— developed by a team that really cares about creating something smart and usable. Plays nice with others via URL schemes.

Honourable mention: I sometimes return to #ConceptsApp (concepts.app/) for less structure, more zoom and free transforms.

  11. @insiderphd I have an 11inch pro and a Mini because the latter fits into my jacket. I prefer the Mini for reading reflowable stuff, reading in bed and writing notes on the go (and social networks).
I prefer the Pro for reading academic papers (usually in A4 format) and for taking notes while reading (#marginNote, #ConceptsApp, #DevonThink, #Obsidian)
Both work fine with the pencil for all UCs but I prefer the Pro for longer/serious work/office stuff. However, the Mini is always on me.
