I am looking for #scientific #literature on temporal behaviors of single (i.e., temporarily unconnected or minimally connected) #nodes in #dynamicNetworks (my application is face-to-face interactions). I end up finding literature on modeling of influencial nodes and #subgraphs -- I am kinda looking for the opposite. And the psychology literature seems to use networks to predict #loneliness.

Anyone with a golden tip on how/where I can find this?

I thought I remembered someone here was working on a library to create and analyse #hypergraphs (potentially in #rust but I'm not sure).

Does anyone know who that might be? I wanted to check the library but I haven't been able to find it (or if I have, I did not recognize it).

So happy to finally see this collaboration with Rion Correia and @alainbarrat out. The distance backbone is a unique, algebraically-principled network subgraph that preserves all shortest paths. We were were excited to find out (with #sociopatterns and other data) that the backbones of #socialnetworks contain large amounts of redundant interactions that can be removed with very little impact on #communitystructure and #epidemic spread.

After 6 years using Gibbsian states for network density matrices, w/ @ArshamGhavasieh we've finally shown under which conditions they are also max-entropy network states!
