Het was weer #LekkerOpDeTrekker vanochtend… alleen het domme werk gedaan, in de zon achterop de planter plugjes in het apparaat gestopt - afgewisseld met er achteraan lopen voor het herstellen van wat foutjes.
Koolrabi, rettich, venkel en biet - dit jaar meer kleine banen met meer variatie.
Het seizoen op de #herenboerderij is van start!

Finishing my small batch of homemade #sauerkraut to make fridge space for my share of the communally made stuff I’ll pick up tomorrow.
Making it was a fun afternoon mid December, with a production line of cabbage choppers (machine mostly, some by hand) and spicing/salting and finally pressing it in 3 50 litre barrels…
Very positive criticism from our co-farmers so far, and this mash was also very tasty
