I think he’s just #trolling everybody & wants to see how far he can take things
Sure, #twitter would fall, but he’d be #entertained & also gather all of this research on users, and (most importantly) how to manipulate his more consequential, money-generating businesses.
From a certain perspective, it’s an #investment in those businesses. Twitter might just be for #CollectingData & $
