So, I overdid it in the garden the other day ("tennis elbow"). I used a #ColdPack with a velcro strap right away, then took one ibuprofen before bed. Taking it easy with the elbow today, but I'm able to use it without pain. I'm planning on applying some heat tonight before bed. The cold pad with velcro and the hot pad (cotton and rice) are two items that everyone should have handy (as well as an anti-inflammatory as well). I only take OTC meds when I need them -- and having the two pads around has helped to cut down on needing them!
