While walking my dog last night during a period of rain showers near sunset, I captured this video of a cold air funnel slowly rotating in the sky to the west of me right over a high school that was hosting a Friday night football game! You kind of need to zoom in to see the rotation in detail. It dissipated about a minute after I took this video. Even though I knew it was likely harmless, I did call it in to Dane County Emergency Dispatch and NWS Milwaukee!
