So I have an entirely too acidic red wine here I received as a gift. In order to power through, courtesy of a #coffeehack I learned from James Hoffman I’ve added salt to my wine glass and surprisingly… it works! It’s still a very very bland wine beneath all that acidity but at least its drinkable now
