I started using cmux from @manaflowai recently after someone on my team recommended it, and I've gotten ridiculously used to it.
It uses libghostty under the hood, so my Ghostty (current terminal emulator) config works with it out of the box. No extra config.
Your workflow doesn't have to be agentic either. Managing multiple session groups is really clean.

Today I tried to connect to a nearby Mac from my cmux terminal via ssh. It failed. I checked all network settings on my Mac and the remote Mac. Everything was fine. After 2h of searching and testing it turned out that the cmux app wasn’t granted the system permission to access local network 🤦♂️#macos #cmux #developerlife #terminal
