About 230 climate-aligned lawsuits have been filed against corporations and trade associations since 2015, two-thirds of which have been initiated since 2020, with the majority successful, according to analysis published today by the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment.

@scottdoney so we’ve had proof of concept for the atmospheric removal for years but no-one has come up with a serious method for storage that didn’t involve a lot of wishful thinking and leaky ground injection - mostly because CCS is about #climatewashing by conservative governments.

So where is the damn stuff going to be stored?
