Eastern cicada killer (Sphecius speciosus) on summersweet. I love these wasps but dread the hate that surfaces on Nextdoor and Facebook every August. Cicada killers are seriously large but they just want to collect cicadas for their kids, aerate your lawn, and drink nectar.
