Qu’est-ce que j’ai aimé ce film ! Natalie Wood y est magnifique ! Le film tient beaucoup au scénario de William Inge, dramaturge gay tourmenté, qui a obtenu un Oscar pour ce scénario, mais s’est suicidé plus tard. L’histoire commence en 1928, la crise arrive bientôt. L’éducation toxique, le refoulement de la sexualité. Jeune, j’ai été très touché par le traitement du thème.
