Elizabeth Bennett-Parker (D-Alexandria), who is the Democratic nominee in the 39th Senate District seat being vacated by Sen. Adam Ebbin.
I am sure many are unaware of this unexpected primary.
I am working in support of long-time Alexandria criminal defense attorney Chris Leibig, who is not a political insider (his first run), is pro-union, and seeks the seat due to the degree to which democracy is under attack in our country.
