#IshambardPresents Road Trip: Shifting Gears

Let's get this out of the way, it's a ChoroQ game, so of course I am going to like it. There is a surprising amount of content crammed into this game. Standard races, battle races, drag races and mini-games (Like car curling).

Similar to other ChoroQ games, at the start you'll struggle a little bit, but as you earn money, get to grips with the handling, and buy better components you'll slowly start demolishing the competition, especially if you keep on top of those upgrades.

I will admit, the air and sea races don't add too much to this, and most tracks aren't terribly adventurous. Sometimes the game throws hills at you. These feel seemingly random and without warning and just don't feel good.

Despite that, the game is a cute little racer. Not terribly challenging, but sometimes, we just want a cosy, simple racer. It's a shame the GameCube ChoroQ game isn't as fun as this one.
