Have to live frugal for another 3 months paying off Mellie's knee operation.

I have to cook healthy and cheap food so I went for chicken stew.

Cooked 2 chicken breast with some onions, a few frozen cubes of spinach and a can of kidney beans.

Had it with cuscus for dinner last night and froze 3 meals and going to have it for dinner tonight too.
