Government of #Canada announces that 9 #CC330 Husky (based on the #Airbus #A330) aircraft will be replacing the existing but aging #CC150 Polaris (based on the #Airbus #A300) fleet.
4 of these aircraft are going to be new and 5 will be acquired from the used market. 8 of these aircraft will be configured to be "multi-role tanker transport" (#MRTT) and 1 will be used for VIP government transport.
