What a trip to the beach! Some sea glass, but most I returned to the sand. No shells this time, my house plants have plenty.

I have been continuing to practice cartwheels. It's been fun to see my progress. Here is me doing a cartwheel at a park in NYC. A key learning for me was the importance of kicking up with the lead leg. If I kick hard enough then the centrifugal force from my leg actually helps hold up my body as I go around. I feel noticably less pressure on my hands when I do that.

A key learning for me was the importance of kicking up with the lead leg. If I kick hard enough then the centrifugal force from my leg actually helps hold up my body as I go around.
