I'll take the win of course, and I'm really happy to see Thompson looking super sharp but wwwwwwwhat the fuck? It was a carbon copy of the first game.

Finally watched the #CapsHabs game from last night. So many thoughts and emotions.
The first two periods felt like some sort of playoff game played by a team that wasn't the Washington Capitals. It was controlled, it was calm, measured and responsible.
The final twenty? Nah #CardiacCaps baby!
I have no idea how or why we let the Canadiens back into that game, and I've never been more certain of a loss than after they tied it up....
But alas, the GOAT! stepped up and got the team over the line; finally getting that playoff OT goal that (somehow) we've never seen before. Scenes.
I am exhausted. And it's only game one.
