Fixed the issue by requesting a new #IPv4 address, losing my #IPv6 prefix. IPv6-only is not an option, because the #cable4 SIP server doesn't support it, and the DHCPv6 server won't let me in.
I already hate this. Please, everyone, just switch to IPv6.
