Recipe for bread pudding from the post below (by request). I'm not such an egoist that I assume people want my recipes. Heh.

I didn't add coconut because I forgot.

Other changes: I used 3cups of liquid: 1 the soaking bourbon syrup and water, 2 whole milk. 4 cups was too much for my loaf.
Edit to add: Oh...also I only used 2/3 a cup of sugar, because I'd made a bourbon syrup to soak the fruit...and simple syrups are mostly just hydrated sugar.

Used a 13x9 cause that's what I had. 16-20 servings? Like hell it is. Like...8 tops. ;)

I had croissants that were about to go stale, so I made them into little bread pudding. Just need to whip up some crème anglaise to go with it 🥐🥣
It’s pretty much like a French toast casserole, I just cut the croissants up smaller and let the egg-butter-milk mixture soak in for 20 minutes before baking at 350-375 degrees for another 20 minutes.
