Although owing money is not illegal, I'm not comfortable with it. I am withdrawing payment for #southernwater wastewater services because I believe they have provided an unacceptable service, but that is also uncomfortable for me; unless I can justify it.
I've now written to Southern Water with, what I believe, is a valid, legal justification for withdrawing payment.

I'm now content to use this in defence of any County Court Claim from SW.

These protesters received prison sentences for a public nuisance. AFAICT, #southernwater cause public nuisance whenever they dump sewage in rivers and seas.
I wonder if Lawrence Gosden will be going to prison?
