@vlrny I do it everyday for a few hours here on the Chi. I even select airplane mode and turn off location.

I use a celestial navigation app, set my AP, then use my angular distance app ti make a couple of sightings and on to the almanac for a fix.

yes, its an essential part of my blockade.
