Looking out my window (yeeeaah) Sitting at the Mac, staring out at the #rain (again) 🌧️ and watching the poor wee birdies getting drookit (soaked) but, there was a wee surprise earlier in the week when a #Brambling showed up on the feeder. Reflecting on #2022, my year of low carbon birding and natural history wanderings within #Hull city limits #localbigyear: Over 3000 km walked, 102 (plus 4 not counting) species from 14830 records, 738 complete #Birdtrack lists, 62 places. Bird highlights: Osprey, Black-tailed Godwit and Peregrine are only a few #UrbanBiodiversity
