A final kind of risk that might not be adequately handled by existing frameworks is the risks that widely available media synthesis machines pose to the information ecosystems.

Here, I keep hoping for some way to set up accountability: what if #OpenAI were actually accountable for everything #ChatGPT outputs? (And #Google for #Bard and #Microsoft for #BingGPT?)

Maybe we already have what we need, maybe there's something to add.

Rozdíl mezi #chatgpt a #bingGPT. Ta druhá věc trochu děsí. Dokonce tam přidala čísla tipů, které tam v titulcích skutečně jsou.

Amazing experience with #bingGPT today. Wanted to leverage mastodon APIs to bring my own posts to Excel through #PowerQuery. Asked for a way to iterate through posts (default response is 20 posts). It gave me a good function. Asked to explain and it walked me through each step. Asked where is “page” parameter set, and it explained me how. Saved me several hours easily.

Any suggestions for #GoogleSheets or #MicrosoftExcel addons for #SentimentAnalysis? I have a hobbyist use case, not commercial. Also, this is needed only one or two times, not something I need regularly (read: needs to be free/cheap). About 50-100 survey responses, around 20-30 words each average. MonkeyLearn is not free, ChartExpo can chart but requires a sentiment score calculated already. I was able to summarize with #bingGPT but it does not take all the input.

I hope there's no law in the us requiring a chatbot to signal law breakers such as undocumented immigrants. (#BingChat was asked about mortgage for illegal immigrants and then asked whether the user had an official number (ITIN) Maybe it was expecting a yes/no answer, maybe not

So it looks like the #binggpt #gpt #bingchat does parody Tweets (this was rumored to be part of the original demo, but we didn't see it). I asked it to do an #elonmusk impression. I think it's spot on:

I'm in on the #bing #gpt #binggpt Beta. Super impressive and game changing not just for search, but for comparative research. The Bing integration is great, and the sidebar in Edge super useful.
The model looks to be up to date, but there's a gap. For example, I asked how are the political representatives for my area and the aggregate results were old (last year), but specific questions were correct (for the new session).
