Not one, not a single one, of the invoices for our summer school was just paid by the uni's finance admin. All without exception led to further inquiries and additional rounds back-and-forth before being cleared. Today's technology #BigSigh... Three computers on the same LAN. A can't reach C, but B can reach C just fine. Reboot A, doesn't help. Reboot access point that A is connected to, doesn't help. Reboot C, suddenly A can reach it again.
I suppose rebooting C forced it to re-broadcast its MAC address or something, but who the fuck knows.
The great thing about technology is there are so many things that can go wrong in so many ways.
