Aiming to take the performance load away from the desktop or local department IT, moving computation into the cloud for real-time data pipelines, centralised governance and authentication. #HelloDATA being presented by Bedag & KAIO at #BFH_TRANSFORM today - we will explore this open source project hands on in a week at #DataHackdaysBE

Despite many successes in establishing #OpenGovernmentData and #DataGovernance practices in all branches and sectors of government, we are still facing three main challenges:

- Lack of central data strategy and strong leadership with vision #DatenStrategieBund
- A low general level of #dataliteracy, with more learning opportunities needed
- Interoperability and #FAIRdata Principles need further investment
