The challenge now is to make the absolute most of the new controls. We should be able to keep much closer tabs on when we heat and cool to minimise our energy use, our costs and - for the long term - our carbon emissions. The real challenge is having enough people with the skills to do this technical, empirical work that requires a mix of technical expertise, data analytics, and the ability to talk to the users of the spaces to optimise things. 3/3 The End. #BMS #BEMS
