I've gone through phases of 5 am wakeups and when I lived in Vietnam, that was absolutely the most delightful part of the days. This time of year in Canada with the Long Dark, I'm much happier to wait until about 8 to be awake. It's fun to have the freedom to play around with sleep times, including naps.
