Doing yoga again (youtube sessions). Only gentle beginner stuff. Started doing chair yoga last year but tapered off lately, so now trying some floor-based stuff. Aiming for daily practice. Finding it challenging (that downward dog looks easy but it is effing not!). It’s also satisfying, restorative and calming. Bit like a good cuppa.
