  4. DAY 161 Friday! Only one week left. The kid student actually said today, “How do they manage with everything that needs to be done when we are not here?” Well spotted, they don’t. Didn’t get any real feedback on anything and I’ve rarely heard a positive word in seven weeks. Nothing I do is good. I was looking forward to see the results of the class before ours final results but I missed it and it got me all cranky because I’m not sleeping enough and all of that. I realized that I have learned a few things about making a cake and it was also fun to see them succeed, they were a little hesitant about using the dough sheeter and lifting the cake so I made sure they did that without failing. I tried to challenge them and praise them and the cake turned out nice so I think we both did well. #Baking #BakerySchool #BecomingABaker
