It'll decay into a formless void of very low energy at slightly above absolute zero. You can't destroy energy, you can only spread out out until everything is exactly the same. And since there's much more empty than full in the universe, "exactly the same" will be very close to empty. But we'll gray out, not black out, as entropy increases.
