Morning ☀️(checks ⌚ just about)
9k Point to Point,
Not actually my run day, but the other half forgot their blood pressure tablets, so I took a bus and rescued them. This gave me the opportunity to run home.So, All coastal path, on the doorstep of the Med - took my vest, 1.litre in the bladder, and 2 soft bottles of electrolytes. Running temp 26°c when I pushed off.
A really fun run, may do this again from other locations n' back home
