Good morning 🌄
Got up this morning, no problem with a stiff ankle, so the foam rolling did the trick yesterday.
Out at 0527hrs, changed my route at the eleventh hour after downloading CoMaps to my laptop yesterday - found a track, that I thought it was private, so I explored it today and it turned out to be a lovely snaking public track through hilltop agricultural land, with the scent of fresh mint in the dewy air.
A very enjoyable, pleasant run
