Good morning 🌞
Unexpected run today, I was taking today as a rest day, and doing mat work (yoga, core, etc) so lay in until 7:30.
Then I get a text; someone didn't take their laptop to work, so rescue mission, which presents me with the opportunity for a Point-to-Point run in daylight, and the chance to do the Pembroke trail, which is a.gnarly 5k over some nasty sharp, rocky, twisty, loose, dusty coast...then a 5k coast road - how could I refuse!.
