16km Hills
25°c 78% humidityHang on... didn't I do hills on Wednesday...Yes but you can't escape doing hills on Malta, if you want a nice scenic run...I guess you could run round and round the harbour, and people do, but that's not my thing...so, 4 hills it is
I thought maybe I'd try and do a half, but by 10k I knew that wasn't in my legs, but 16km is perfectly acceptable for this week's long run.
