You know what I miss? Small bananas. And what's frustrating is that there's no place I can go to particularly find small bananas. It's a crapshoot, but 90% of the time the only bananas I can find in the markets are huge.

The small ones taste better and are a much more convenient size unless you're starving for a giant banana. So why aren't they available most of the time?

We got free bananas again this month, because Woolworths in High Street, Lower Hutt again supplied Bonita bananas instead of the Rainforest Alliance ones they advertised and accepted my order for. Things I'm curious to know:

• Is it just that store, or is the problem more widespread? (Please boost for visibility.) Even if you normally shop in person, if you don't see any Rainforest Alliance bananas (with the frog logo) in the store, I'm guessing they're not supplying Rainforest Alliance bananas to online customers, either.

• How many free bananas will they give away before they stop this false advertising?
