    So for lunch today I was going to make a fried #egg and #grilledcheese sandwich, but #Babish told a trick where you drop the egg on the counter from about a foot so it cracks and you don't get shell fragments but I guess it depends on your #eggs and whether you have a formica or wooden countertop and if you do exactly a foot say not TWO or so but anyway I had a *scrambled and scraped off the countertop with a spatula* egg and grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.
