I now also know Christopher Walken's Zorin looks more like Garak or other Cardassians than realized before my focus on the latter the past days.
Possibly the hair, the eyebrow ridge/bone structure & whichever fleeting expression it was that triggered the association, but hey, at least I'm forever constant in my subconscious likes.
