Regarding acquisition and preservation of social networks, in addition to Archive Webpage, already mentioned, I would probably look at @Bellingcat resources, because that's one of their main interests. In particular, #AutoArchiver (https://auto-archiver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/faq.html), that I have to test for many months now, seems promising!
