For me, I need to be able to control how I'm going to socialise, dependant on how I feel (physically & emotionally) flexibility is key.
Having something 'planned' and 'scheduled' that you can't back out of, I find that really draining and stressful.

#Autistic & #ADHD here, I usually sleep from 1-2am and wake up at 6am.I feel like a dead dog all day long, I am SO tired but I need that time to think, to be alone.
My Autistic kids sleep schedules:
- Midnight to noon
- 1am to 8am
- Midnight to 10amAll refuse to take sleep meds, that’s fine with me #AutisticAutonomy
They want to do things their way, and although it makes life very difficult I want to support them in that. 🌈♾
