Bird Flu is here and it is likely about to go exponential.
Though, it doesn't hurt to hope its a fizzer , right ?Avoid Record and Report.

H5 bird flu (H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b) has been detected in wild birds in Australia... At this stage there is no evidence of spread to other wildlife or poultry in Australia.

The risk to people in Australia is currently considered low.[1] Bird flu does not easily infect people.[1] This strain has not been reported in people here.
People should take simple steps to protect themselves against bird flu.

If you notice sick or dead birds or other animals:
Avoid the area – do not touch them
Record your location and what you see...

The Australian Centre for Disease Control is looking for feedback on their website.
I've just put a word in suggesting RSS and ActivityPub, along with providing raw data for people to analyse/visualise themselves (like @mike_honey_ does each week), and perhaps providing some good-quality dashboards.
