+ missed swim training today due to meeting running long (but someone invited me to tennis on short notice tonight) so I've had a great time with game training with 3 women earlier
bonus: practiced my serves when they all left coz I brought a basket of tennis balls with me (makes me nostalgic, used to spend time alone doing this or playing with the wall to improve groundstrokes)
+ got new swim fins (adds resistance so my glutes and hamstrings get more work in the water), excited to try them soon
+ love my new reversible yoga mat: one side with various big flower designs, the other side a soft (plain) pink.
bonus: despite it being more expensive, looking at it makes me happy and when doing supine exercises on it, I keep thinking "I'm lying down on a bed of flowers!"
