Took a drive through Yellowstone National Park yesterday.
Very little snow, although it is snowing today so things will be improving.
It's my first visit since the big rainstorm of 2022 closed the park and roads had to be fixed up.
The new entrance road from Gardiner is nowhere as picturesque as the old road by the river.
We saw lots and lots of elk and bison. Not as many as in years past, they might still be up in the hills due to the lack of snow.
It was nice that traffic was still as low as normal winter numbers, but the road was clear the whole way which was strange. Normally it is snow and ice, sometimes quite the white knuckle drive.
The pics are just a sample of scenery and wildlife.
