This is the first time I've ever had to negotiate with a #raccoon : it ended okay for both of us.
This little one was blocking the path that fords the runoff stream at Scarborough Bluffs. It wasn't aggressive, but it wasn't backing down. As my detour around it would have been very long, I tiptoed around the rocks at the edge of the pond, perhaps two metres from it. Neither of us really wanted to be that close to the other
