Imagine if #cabs or #ambulances and #FireTrucks were to get the #AntiRepair #malware treatment...

@primonatura not only is #Apple's claim #misleading at best, but their #AntiRepairDesign is harmful to the envoirment and customers.

In no way can they make a product so #green that it justifies #AntiRepair and preventing people from #UseLonger, #Repair & #Upcyvle before #Recycling.

@anarresti @Fairphone @frameworkcomputer Bzgl.#hp bin ich nicht gut zu sprechen weil die #FUD mitels 'softem' "#VendorLock" auf #RAM machen:

Wenn das RAM nicht hp-branded ist brickt es #PXE-Boot und automatische Starts und wirft bei JEDEM (!!!) [Re-]Boot ne Bullshit-Fehlermeldung die stets manuell per F1 auf der Gerätetastatur ümnestätigt werden muss.

Ich finde das ne absolute Gängelung und #AntiRepair-Maßnahme welche anders als z.B. Allowlistings für #WLAN & #WWAN keine valide Begründung hat!

In many ways #RightToRepair doesn't go far enough, you want #RightToSalvage and have some #AntiRepair and #AntiSalvage measures made illegal
