Nope, but last week their own courier (iMile) refused to deliver my 3 orders and also refused to let me pick up from their (non-existant) wharehouse that they kept saying my items where now at.
Then ali-not-express refused my claim - so I am out $100.
Yesterday collected another 3 orders (combined into one) and my items, another $100, have obviously been stolen and replaced with absolute crap....going to uselessly complain again.
But I am dreaming of some active negative promotion of ali-not-express, so that feels comfortable.
