  9. Went and had a peek at this #akiya on Sado a couple weeks ago. for ¥500,000 why not? The house was a total wreck. The garage / shed in front was in great shape. It's not on the water, but you could see the water. The main problem is that the land is below the road grade and the extra coupla mil it would probably cost to tear down the house. The shed could be renovated into a small cabin and would be pretty cool.
