I pounded on this door two different times until someone came out. Spaced out by walking the length of the airport terminal twice (once for departures and once for arrivals) but there was no employees present from our airline #AerLingus because they only have one flight a day between #SEA and #DUB that departs at 7:10pm so there’s just no one there before maybe 5pm. 🕔

It was impossible to get this done through the airline representatives on the phone. 📞… (2/3)

✈️ Review of my recent #AerLingus flight from #Dublin to #SFO (and 2017 repeat).

The seat pitch is abysmal; when the seat in front reclines, the headrest is a hand span from my face. My phone was nearly knocked out of my hand twice by the impact.

The security process was also terrible: shoes, jacket, hoody off, and every piece of electronics (laptop, chargers, cameras, drone, batteries, etc.) had to be removed from all carry-on bags.

Not my favorite airline/route.
