A bit aggravated by the lack of customer service with the man from #AerLingus I spoke to this morning. I was calling to get my #PeanutAllergy notes on my upcoming flight. I’ve flown with them before and had no problems but this guy was unhelpful, rude and obviously doesn’t know anyone with a severe allergy. I only wanted the file notes and the cabin crew to notify the people in my area there is a severe peanut allergy on board and to refrain from eating them. 1/
